The FRIENDLY CODE, LDA, Lda website is an online platform where users can view the FRIENDLY CODE, LDA product portfolio to learn about its history, products, experiences, news, and more.
Requests submitted by users are handled by FRIENDLY CODE, LDA whose activity is compatible with them, so that, if they so wish, they can submit proposals for the requested services and respective quotes directly to users.

GUARANTEES
FRIENDLY CODE, LDA guarantees the continuous and correct functioning of its website, except in situations where, for reasons beyond its control, such compliance cannot be required.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, FRIENDLY CODE, LDA reserves the right, as the owner of the Website, to suspend or terminate its operation whenever it deems that justified reasons (related either to third parties or to its business model) so warrant, which, in any case, will be communicated to its users as soon as possible.
Customers and Users are obliged, when including information, to take into account compliance with the legislation in force, namely with regard to competition, consumer rights protection, misleading advertising, and discrimination. Information of an obscene nature or with indecent, immoral, or pornographic content is also prohibited, as well as references to other websites of any kind.
Customers and Users undertake to ensure that none of the information made available to FRIENDLY CODE, LDA contains computer viruses, macro viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or anything that causes interference or may interrupt or in any way disrupt the operational procedures of a computer.
They are also prohibited from accessing the system without express authorization, as well as from clandestinely inserting or intercepting data or information of any kind, particularly of a personal nature.
FRIENDLY CODE, LDA is not responsible for any error, omission, inaccuracy, or falsity in the information transmitted by Customers and Users.
FRIENDLY CODE, LDA reserves the right not to use, in any way, any information that violates this User Agreement.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The completion of forms on the website, as a Customer or User, constitutes contact between them and FRIENDLY CODE, LDA, resulting in rights and obligations for each party, namely:
The Customer/User has the right to use the Website, under the terms and conditions set out in this User Agreement, in accordance with the corresponding privacy policy.
Customers and Users undertake not to copy, reproduce, modify, or in any way use any content of the website, as well as not to send to third parties or otherwise disclose content contained on the website, distribute, or publicly display any content of the website without the prior and express authorization of FRIENDLY CODE, LDA.
Customers and Users undertake not to use the FRIENDLY CODE, LDA website, its content or services for any purpose other than that for which it is intended, namely for illicit, illegal or any other purposes that may conflict with the legally protected rights of others.
CONFLICTS
Conflicts arising from the relationships established between Customers and Users must be reported to FRIENDLY CODE, LDA.
PAYMENTS
Use of the website by Customers and Users is free of charge.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute, we inform you that consumers may resort to the Alternative Dispute Resolution entities identified on the consumer portal, at www.consumidor.pt, or to the Online Dispute Resolution entities identified at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr.
